1 DAY TOUR ON VESPA
WITH ROAD BOOK

From Conegliano to Valdobbiadene - an area of 30 km crossed by over 120 km roads running between hundreds of hills, wineries and farmhouse restaurants; not just Prosecco cultivation, but a Prosecco culture.

On the seat of a real Vespa you explore the 100 ‘Prosecco Hills’: 80 km of breath-taking landscapes and ancient hamlets. You will have all the information you need to track down exclusive, unspoilt places, enjoy the heady scents of the vineyards and the culture of wine in a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Interesting Facts and Local Culture

A classical pic-nic by Alberto on a fantastic panoramic hill, home to a winery overlooking the Cartizze zone, is perhaps the most surprising stop. Alberto provides the basket and everything you need to evoke an old time pic-nic. The Osteria Senz’Oste (Tavern without a Host) is an alternative to a pic-nic, but only Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday are far too crowded). Special wineries like the one run by Fabio can boast a natural waterfall inside the ancient walls, or the exclusive Belvedere of our partner Colesel in the heart of the Cartizze zone.

Itinerary

Departing from Vittorio Veneto you immediately approach the first hills. Riding through Tarzo and Refrontolo takes you to Molinetto della Croda, a scene from a naïf painting, an authentic water mill that has stopped time with its 500 years of history. Go on to the picturesque town of Rolle, continue to Follo and Saccol to arrive at Valdobbiadene.
The way back takes you through some of the most attractive hamlets in Italy, such as Combai, Follina with its centuries old abbey, and Cison overlooked by the Castelbrando castle, before returning to base. The tour lasts 4 to 8 hours, depending on the number of stops you make and your riding speed.

Food and Wine

An experience full of food and wine surprises. On every corner you will find one of our partners indicated in the road book, ready to give you VIP treatment. There are also farmhouse restaurants and Frasche (rustic eating places typical of the area) where you can make up a pic-nic basket, be provided with a rug and have the freedom to find your own corner of Paradise on a private Cartizze hill. Special, renowned wineries such as Villa Sandi, Canevel, Col del Lupo and Vigne Matte will all be pleased to welcome you.
